Philosophy
Our philosophy is to continue centuries old family traditions when it comes to wine growing and wine making and support winemakers who are approaching their craft with love, sensitivity and respect for nature. In all aspects of wine making, from work in the vineyards to bottling the wine, these families use strictly only natural products, and rely on forces and energies of nature to honor the entire circle of life. Relying only on pure and natural processes that existed long before we have, is what makes the wines full of vitality, something that is expressed in its fuller body, stronger character, rich bouquet and warm colors. Almost all grapes are skin macerated, so that they get the most out of it. All wine is fermented naturally, with indigenous yeasts and without adding sulfites or just a minimal quantity of it. They are unfiltered, of finest quality, elegance and of course - ALIVE.
